Digital brand and website for an architecture studio, from concept to go-live in under six weeks and on schedule. Multi-page Astro site with a 3D hero, own infrastructure, a GDPR-compliant mail relay over its own domain and a clean, crawlable SEO structure.

Multi-node k3s, rolled out entirely via GitOps (ArgoCD). Full observability and security stack, distributed storage with GDPR-compliant backup and a self-service deploy pipeline. Hardened and handed over with runbooks, so maintenance and updates run in production without downtime.

No months of lead time and no thick requirements document. Four clear steps, with a running system at the end.
01 // analysis
30 minutes by phone or video: where you stand, what you need and what it may cost. We sign the data processing agreement. No pitch and no slides.
02 // setup
I set everything up: servers, SSL, backups, monitoring and the GDPR docs. You don’t have to deal with anything and get a finished system at the end.
03 // handover
60 minutes: you get all the access and I show you what you need day to day. The written documentation follows shortly after.
04 // operation
From here on I take care of it. If something comes up, you write to me directly instead of a ticket system. The monitoring runs and the status page is live.
